This definitely depends on the time of year. My contract states a 1-2 weeks turnaround time for sessions. (I also have a Package Add On that you can select, which allows you to receive your gallery within 24 hours of your photoshoot. Inquire for more info.) Weddings however do take a bit longer; 5-8 weeks.

Don’t you worry one bit!!! I always assure my clients that I don’t expect them to be models; because posing you is apart of my job! Consider me the photographer and director! I’ll be in charge of all the posing and will give you prompts to achieve those raw emotions. Trust me, I’ll never leave you hanging!

For a wedding—your total balance is split into 3 payments and the first 1/3% deposit would be required to book my servies. For a regular photoshoot—the total balance is split into 2 payments. 50% is required to book your session and the 2nd 50% is due 2 days before your portrait session. I’ll email you my forms where you sign my contract and submit your payments (when they’re due), directly through the link. Zelle is also an alternative form of payment that is accepted to avoid the website transaction fees.

I don’t provide any RAW images. These RAW images are captured with the intent of being processed and edited. Therefore, they do not represent what is seen with the natural eye. Editing your photos is apart of my service and delivering RAW images would only be unfinished product.

If your photoshoot date needs to be changed once the deposit fee is submitted, you have one reschedule allowed. For weather cancellations, you’ll receive an email and we’ll aim for the earliest available date! We can’t control the weather so no one is hold accountable, we’ll simply reschedule at no extra cost!

As the content creator, I am the copyright owner of the images. However, you have the freedom to share, print, scrapbook, and use your images for personal use however you see fit. I do not watermark my images and you’re free to print them at your lab of choice if you decide not to use the professional print lab included with your online galleries. What you can’t do is provide them to any sort of commercial entity for commercial use.

At the moment, Viva Visuals only offers photography services. If you were interested in also wanting video for your wedding/event, I work closely with some amazing videographers and I can recommend you to one of my colleagues!

I’m an outdoor photographer and mainly use natural light. I don’t yet have a studio (yet) that I can work out of but if you needed an indoor session done, I can travel to your home or worskshop and we can perform in the comfort of your own space!
