The Process

  • After submitting your inquiry, you’ll receive a brochure with various packages.

  • Via email, we’ll plan out the details of what you had in mind. We decide on a date, time and location.

  • I’ll send over the booking link where you sign an agreement and submit a 50% retainer.

  • 3 weeks before the photoshoot, I’ll send a Styling Guide that can be help.

  • You’ll receive a photoshoot confirmation email 1 week prior to the shoot. And another one the day prior.

  • We have fun! And we bring your vision to life!

  • Within a few days, I’ll send you sneaks via text.

  • You will receive the final gallery no later than 1-2 weeks after photoshoot date.

FAQ

  • For photoshoots, my gallery turnaround for photoshoots is 1-2 weeks.

  • A 50% retainer is required to book. The other 50% is due 2 days prior to the session. Payments can be made through the direct link I email to you or Zelle.

  • Yes! For photoshoots, a travel fee will be applied to your invoice to cover commute costs if needing me to travel more than 40 miles.

  • If your photoshoot date needs to be changed once the 50% deposit is submitted, you can reschedule once. For weather cancellations, we’ll aim for the next earliest available date. We can’t control the weather so no one is hold accountable.

  • Don’t you worry one bit! I don’t expect you to know how to pose; because posing you is apart of my job! Consider me the photographer and director! I’ll give you prompts and direction & make everything look natural. Trust me, I’ll never leave you hanging!

  • I don’t provide any RAW images. These RAW images are captured with the intent of being processed and edited. Therefore, they do not represent what is seen with the natural eye. Editing your photos is apart of my service and delivering RAW images would only be unfinished product.

  • With the countless platforms and messaging services out there now, it's important for me to be able to keep all of my work correspondence in one place, and for this reason, email is my preferred medium.

  • Head on over to my contact page and send me a message with as many details as you can think of. Through email, I’ll let you know what dates I have available.

  • As the content creator, I am the copyright owner of the images. However, you have the freedom to share, print, scrapbook, and use your images for personal use however you see fit. I do not watermark my images and you’re free to print them at your lab of choice if you decide not to use the professional print lab included with your online galleries. What you can’t do is provide them to any sort of commercial entity for commercial use.

  • At the moment, Viva Visuals only offers photography services. If you were interested in also wanting video for your wedding/event, I work closely with some amazing videographers and I can recommend you to one of my colleagues!

  • I’m an outdoor photographer and mainly use natural light. I don’t have a studio (yet) that I can work out of but if you needed an indoor session done, we can rent a nearby studio or I can travel to your home or worskshop and shoot in the comfort of your own space.

  • Yes! If you or your wedding venue require proof, I can email over a Certificate of Insurance.
